All participants are required to register through the ICMGP 2015 online registration system or submit a printable version of the registration form.
Participants are advised to register in advance (By April 30, 2015) to receive the Early Bird-Registration discount.

* Full Registrants will be entitled to attend all scientific program(Plenary Session, Special Session, Oral Presentation,

1. Students are requested to submit a valid student ID to verify their status with the Secretariat. Verification
    document can be submitted in file format during the online registration, or by Email (info@mercury2015.com) or

2. Daily Pass : Available to select either 15(Mon), 16(Tue) or 18(Thu). Multiple days can be selected.
    Except, Daily Pass DOES NOT include any social programs(Opening Reception, Gala Dinner)

3. Accompanying Persons are limited to spouse and/or children of fully registered participant and will be entitled
    to attend the Opening Ceremony and Opening Reception, Poster Presentation and Exhibition, Gala Dinner.

Method of Payment
Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your full payment.

1. Credit Card Online Payment
Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB and China Union Pay will be accepted.

2. Bank Wire Transfer
A direct bank transfer should be made to the following account.

• Wire transfers should be followed by a copy of bank remittance.
• All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the registrant. In the case of short payments,
   you will be required to pay the balance at the on-site registration desk.
• Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant's name and must be stated on the receipt.

Registration and Payment Status
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. Registrants can check the status of registration and payment at 'My page' after logging onto the online registration system.
An official receipt of your registration will be printable on the online registration system once your payment is completed.
• Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the secretariat.
• Special software installation is required in order to print out the letters. Please note that the
   user's computer may automatically block the viewer program in some cases. If an error page appears, please
   contact the secretariat then we will send you the receipt by email.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application
Registrants are able to request the invitation letter to ICMGP 2015 Secretariat. If registrants need a notarized invitation letter or an original copy of letter, an additional fee will be requested.
• ICMGP 2015 Secretariat can request copy of passport and identification to issue invitation letter for visa permission.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail (info@mercury2015.com) or fax(+82-2-579-2662).
• All refunds will be made after the Conference for administrative reasons.
• All bank services charges and administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Please refer to the following date for cancellation.

10% of registration fee will be deducted from the refund. 20% of registration fee will be deducted from the refund. Registration fee will not be refunded.
